Keystone International, Inc. is an Albuquerque-based, veteran-owned small business founded in 1991 specializing in technical support and organizational development services.  Consistent with its NAICS Code 561320 "Temporary Help Services," Keystone consists of over 200 full-time and part-time employees and individual subcontractors functioning as support consultants. Most staff members have significant experience from the National Weapons Laboratories, the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, or the Department of Defense.

In the last few years, Keystone has expanded significantly in terms of numbers of staff personnel, technical support capabilities, and organizational development capabilities.  Organizationally, Keystone is comprised of two divsions: New Mexico Operations and Nevada Operations.  The New Mexico Operations office provides technical support to the National Weapons Laboratories and organizational development services to many commercial clients across New Mexico.  The Nevada Operations office currently supports clients at the Nevada Test Site with key technical services; including stockpile stewardship activities, counter terrorism activities, and emergency preparedness.
