Mr. Van Valin is the Chairman of the Board of Keystone International, and he has served in this capacity since acquiring the Company in January, 1996. Mr. Van Valin is responsible for all aspects of managing a diverse, technical and management consulting company supporting corporations, government agencies and organizations around the world. Mr. Van Valin has extensive, recognized experience as a business leader, a senior military officer, a U.S. government negotiator, and an operational commander of U.S. Air Force tactical fighter units. His leadership and foresight continue to move Keystone International, Inc. into previously unexplored business opportunities
Mr. Van Valin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master's of Arts in Business from Webster University, and a Master's of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is also a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Van Valin is a retired Air Force Colonel, a fighter pilot, and a combat veteran.
MICHELLE DETRY

Certified Program Planner. Ms. Detry's organizational expertise includes organizational assessments, program design and development, training, facilitations and organizational consulting.
Michelle Detry has 15 years experience in organizational development and consulting. She holds a Master's of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration specialized in Marketing and is a Certified Mediator.
As General Manager of New Mexico Operations for Keystone, Michelle oversees the day-to-day operations, as well as leads the marketing, business development and organizational consulting activities. Prior to joining Keystone in 2006, she served as the Senior Program Manager for the Management Development Center at the University of New Mexico. In this capacity, Michelle worked with over 250 organizations to assess their organizational development needs and then develop appropriate programs including: trainings, seminars, facilitations, and retreats to address those needs.
Michelle is a mentor in the Entrepreneurial Leadership Excelerator, was recognized by the New Mexico Business Weekly PowerBook as one of the "40 Under 40," is a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque and is active in several professional development associations and non-profit organizations in board and volunteer roles.
