Keystone is extremely knowledgeable about emergency preparedness including today's terrorist threats, mitigating strategies and response protocols with heavy emphasis on first responder training.
Our staff is very knowledgeable about Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Energy (DOE) programs. Selected senior personnel have special insight into the current Combating Terrorism Operations Support (CTOS) program, ongoing programs within the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) and other Department Homeland Security (DHS) domestic preparedness programs. Many Keystone personnel have completed a National Agency Check (NAC) and hold active security clearances from both DOE and DOD.
Keystone provides quality emergency preparedness services in the following areas:
- Curriculum design and certification to DHS/DOE standards
- Development and delivery of conventional and Web-based WMD courses
- Instructor training, certification and credentialing to DHS/DOE standards
- Registration of students, tracking student progress course by course, generation of class lists by class/date/functional area, and general administrative, logistical, and technical support to the program
- Supporting training logistics to include remote field operations and mobile training teams
Training site selection including site surveys, site preparation, event execution and return to original condition
- Providing accredited subject matter experts including M.D.'s and PhD's
- Providing senior, experienced in-service and/or recently retired subject matter experts in the fields of Radiation, Law Enforcement, Fire Science, Emergency Management, Military Special Operations and Medical Disaster Operations
- Awarding certificates and Continuing Educational Units (CEU's)/Continuing Medical Education (CME's) upon completion of training
- Experienced, on-the-road supervision and staffing of Mobile Training Teams (MTT's)
- In-house research and statistical analysis capability
