Ms. Anne Lightsey

Ms. Anne Lightsey began training in 1984, when she lived overseas, specializing in preparing individuals for the changes they would encounter abroad.   Today, as a consultant for Keystone International, Inc., she specializes in communication skills, time and stress management, negotiation skills, and planning and delegating for success.

Ms. Lightsey became a certified mediator in 1991 and has mediated over 300 workplace, community, family, and commercial cases. In addition to mediating, she also specializes in training individuals and groups on how to prevent conflict, how to minimize it, and very specific skills to utilize when in difficult conversations or situations. She believes teamwork is important and has proven techniques, which enable workforces to build the solid foundations vital for high performing teams. As a professional organizer, she utilizes her time management and problem solving expertise to help clients create time and space for what is truly important to them.
